A fast internal web dashboard built in 4 days for Raitec GmbH (Innsbruck) to search and launch essential maintenance scripts so staff can quickly fix incidents.
Challenge
Give non-technical staff a single place to find and execute the right script instantly during outages—without digging through folders or asking engineers.
Solution
We designed a responsive, keyboard-first search interface in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, backed by a Python Flask API that indexes and serves script metadata, runs safe wrappers, and logs executions for auditability.
Results
Mean time to resolution was reduced by centralizing access to scripts, adding robust search, and providing clear status feedback and audit trails.
